10. I will not include any identifiable way to communicate with me in my profile such as phone number, email address, full name or other means.
11. I understand that FilipinasForLove.com may change or alter these Terms and Conditions of Use at any time and once posted I am bound by them.
12. I understand that violating any of the Terms and Conditions of Use will result in expulsion from FilipinasForLove.com with no financial refund.

1. FilipinasForLove.com is free for men in limited use, but for searching profiles, chat room, cam to cam chat and all premium uses men must become paying members. Upon full payment of the Premium fees I will be entitled to use premium uses as indicated in the payment plans as indicated on the payment page.
2. Payments are made through Paypal, credit cards, check cards, Western Union and also by mailing checks directly through Federal Express to: Choice Online Network, Hacienda Salinas, Lahug, Cebu, Philippines 6000.
3. I may end my subscription at any time by notifying FilipinasForLove.com by email, or by letting the membership term expire.
4. We provide online services to our paying members and as such all payments are non refundable.
5. You have the option to choose membership plan and have the option to choose the payment method most convenient to you (we recommend that you use Paypal, however if you choose another method you can contact us live and we will provide assistance in other payment methods).
6. Your membership activation depends on receipt of membership fees. Once fees are received by FilipinasForLove.com, and your profile has been approved, you will be for use.

As a registered member, I fully understand that,

1. FilipinasForLove.com is not liable to the users of its service or to its registered members for the content, quality, performance or any other aspect of information provided by its users and members and transmitted by the use of this service.
2. FilipinasForLove.com is not responsible for any damage to any person, arising in any manner out of the use of this service.  As a member I acknowledge that I assume all risk and/or responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of the service.
3. FilipinasForLove.com does not monitor or control the use made of its site by members.  Accordingly, I agree to accept sole responsibility for the legality of my actions under all applicable laws and that cebuanas.com is free from liability for the actions of any of its members.

As a registered member, I understand that,

As a registered member, I fully understand that,

1. All materials, writings, photos/pictures, and/or information I voluntarily uploaded/submitted to the site becomes the property of FilipinasForLove.com.
2. FilipinasForLOve.com reserves the right to modify and/or delete a portion or all of my profiles that are considered to be inappropriate or for any other reason deem improper and illegal.
3. FilipinasForLove.com has the right to use my public information together with the photo/s and post it in my members’ profile and gallery in the member page available for search. 
4. I give full permission and released cebuanas.com of any liability should there be any in the use my pictures/photos and other materials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to business and marketing campaign ad.
